Italy has reached the grim milestone of 100,000 deaths during the COVID-19 pandemic and doctors say it’s still unclear why the death toll remains so high.
The virus is now the fourth leading cause of death in Italy. January recorded an average of 450 victims every day and the country’s population now want answers.
