Residents and emergency workers at the site of a badly bombed residential building in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv ran for cover as Russian jets flew over and dropped bombs nearby, according to Reuters.
As rescuers scrambled to bring survivors out of a badly damaged residential building hit by a Russian airstrike on Tuesday morning, two Russian jets flew overhead. Seconds later explosions were heard as bombs hit the area less than a mile away, Reuters reports.
