Oil depot burns in Luhansk, Ukraine
An oil depot in Luhansk in eastern Ukraine has exploded and caught on fire, with about 200 tons of diesel-burning as of Saturday night.
Luhansk authorities said people were injured, and that the explosion may have been caused by a rocket attack from Ukraine.
