Boosted by vaccine distribution, the UK's independent cinemas bounce back
British cinema-goers have been taking advantage of theaters reopening, dampening fears that the pandemic would put off audiences, as happened last autumn.
This time, helped by blockbuster releases and the vaccine program, cinemas such as the Catford Mews one in southeast London are seeing tickets for films like Nomadland selling out.
