In 1945, the U-S, and its western allies, designed a liberal global order to prevent armed conflict. It’s composed of the U-N, or United Nations, the IMF, or International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, the WTO, or World Trade Organization, NATO and the G20. Numerous treaties and agreements were set to create a stable global environment.
But with the rise of China in the past two decades and the relative decline of the U-S, that global order is being challenged.
