The overwhelming Western response to the conflict in Ukraine has been one of economic sanctions to put pressure on Russia to draw troops back.
But in Latin America, where Russia has built important ties in recent years, the response from many countries has been largely muted.
That's the case in Mexico. CGTN’s Alasdair Baverstock reports.
