As part of his tour through the U.S. state of Iowa, Chinese Ambassador Qin Gang visited the dairy farm of Doug and Jody Fairbanks in Anamosa Iowa, where he and his delegation heard about the process the family uses to produce the milk that makes the queso sold at Chipotle, an American Mexican food chain.
The Ambassador’s delegation was treated to samples of the product and a tour of the facilities. A team from Syngenta also shared the science behind the agricultural technology used on the Fairbanks’ farm.
